1. Who we are
This careers platform is operated by ACARUK Ltd. Şti. together with the ACARUK Group companies (including Zoya OÜ and Vanago OÜ) that publish roles here. The company whose role you apply for is the data controller for that application.
2. What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you register and apply: your name, email address, profile details (title, phone, city, country, LinkedIn URL), your CV and any documents you upload, your cover letter, and your answers to screening questions. We also keep technical security logs that include your IP address and sign-in events, used solely to protect your account.
3. Why we use it
We use your data only to create and secure your account, to process and evaluate your applications, to communicate with you about them, and to meet legal obligations. If you use the optional AI CV suggestion feature, your CV text is processed solely to generate those suggestions and is not used to train models.
4. Who can see your data
Your profile, CV and applications are visible only to you and to authorised ACARUK recruiters and administrators. Your documents are stored in private storage and are never public. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and application data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up questions and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have rights under GDPR and/or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698): to access your data, to correct it, to request deletion, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. 7. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, row-level access controls, private document storage, and audit logging of access to sensitive records. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.
